Höegh Evi and Wärtsilä Gas Solutions have developed the first industrial-scale ammonia cracker that will convert ammonia to hydrogen onboard floating vessels. Each unit will deliver up to 210,000 tonnes of H2/year, and Höegh Evi is now developing several new terminals in Europe to ramp up hydrogen import volumes before 2030.
